Returns & Exchanges

At Exray, we sell two categories of products; Custom Items and Retail Items. Our return policy differs for each. Please review the section that applies to your order.

Retail Items

Retail Items are non-customized, ready-made products sold by Exray that are not manufactured to order for a specific customer or unit.

Exray accepts returns and exchanges of Retail Items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging intact.

In the rare event of a physical garment malfunction, such as tearing or material damage, Exray will provide a replacement item.

All returns and exchanges are inspected upon arrival and are typically processed within five (5) business days. Approved refunds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your banking institution.

Please note: Exray is not responsible for untracked, lost, or damaged returns in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Custom Items

Custom Items are products manufactured to order for a specific customer or unit. Because each Custom Item is produced exclusively for the customer who ordered it, Custom Items are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the rare event of a physical garment malfunction, such as tearing or material damage, Exray will provide a replacement item at no cost to you.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with the fit or color of your product, we will work diligently with you to develop a suitable solution. Please be aware that different fabrics may cause the same color to appear slightly different. Due to the nature of fabric variability and the sublimation printing process, Exray cannot guarantee an exact color match in every instance.
