Meet Mike Gnoffo, CO-founder and CEO of Exray.
Mike is a Combat Veteran who served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps (2005–2016). During his service, he operated as a Joint Fires Observer and Field Radio Operator. He deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan, and participated in international training operations with various NATO allies.
After his transition from the Marine Corps into civilian life, Mike became entrenched in the world of custom apparel, mainly developing custom sportswear for the lacrosse industry across the country.
Years later, Mike had the idea to utilize his knowledge of custom apparel development and apply these solutions to a market which he saw was underserved, our US military members and first responders. From there Exray was born.
Outside of his professional life, Mike is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, surfing, and fitness. He remains active in the lacrosse community and is passionate about supporting the veteran and first responder communities through Exray's partnerships with various charitable organizations.
